Enrolment Forms and Medical Information
We ask everyone who attends a class or private session to fill in an enrolment form. This asks you for name, address and phone-numbers and has a large health information section. It also asks you to agree to a list of terms and conditions.

To be able to do our job as Pilates teachers, we need to ask you information about health conditions and injuries. It is very important you give accurate and current information to us, and keep us up-to-date with your state of health.

Enrolment forms are stored as paper copies in a locked filing cabinet and any electronic copies are saved on a password protected computer. Only the Hälsa Pilates Team have access to the filing cabinet and electronically stored copies.

We may ask your permission to talk or email your physiotherapist, consultant, doctor, or other health professional if we think this would benefit your treatment. You would be entitled to see this correspondence if requested.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We have official profiles on social media platforms and users are advised to verify authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. We will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.
